Research Assistant (m/f)
We seek a qualified and highly motivated Research Assistant (m/f) to work with our Research & Development Team on neurodegenerative diseases in laboratory mice.
Qualifications
- MSc/BSc in Life Sciences or a completed education as laboratory assistant, animal technician or equal (Focus: Biology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology)
- Strong interest in animal behaviour, good observational skills and patience
- Hands-on experience in laboratory animal handling and treatment
- Working experience in immunological, cell- and / or molecular biological methods
- Good command of English
- Experience in histology, immunhistochemistry and basic statistics is a plus
- Good organization and communication skills, strong work ethics and proficiency in standard computer applications
- Ability to work independently, develop and establish new methods
- Willingness to work in the environment of a biotech company where quality, speed, motivation, team spirit and results are of utmost importance to be successful.
