The Mission of AFFiRiS is the development
of proprietary products for the therapy of diseases
with unmet medical need and high market values. Alzheimer´s
Disease and Atherosclerosis have been identified as
indications, which perfectly fit these goals.
AFFiRiS identifies and develops tailor-made
vaccines based on peptide antigens. As compared to recombinant
protein products, peptides have the intrinsic advantage
to be available in relatively short time frames at relatively
low costs from established contract manufacturers. To
achieve product launch as quickly as possible, AFFiRiS
